The Future for the Gregg-Link Building

Returning to its 1900 Splendor!

The façade will be returned to as near the original 1900 design as possible, and will have the crenelations / battlements restored, as well as the spires on the north & south corners. We have the original metal rods, which extend up from the spires, which will be returned to their original locations! This façade work will be accomplished first, as it will have the most immediate, positive impact on the community.

The restoration of the façade will be a very significant undertaking. We need encouragement, prayers and practical support from the community to make this all come together successfully.

However, the result will be so beautiful, and make such a positive impact on the downtown area, that we believe it is worth the effort and so have taken on the responsibility to make it happen – for everyone’s benefit… obviously a plus for the downtown community; a plus for the entire area since a vibrant downtown has been identified as a requirement of a successful community; and clearly a boost historically and aesthetically for everyone – residents and visitors alike.

Our goal is that this building create a “wow – downtown looks great!” impression for residents and visitors alike!”
