The Gregg-Link building represents one of Palestine’s treasures – its unique and inspiring history.

We are in the process of returning this building to its original 1900 design and splendor! We will be putting retail businesses on the first floor, and offices or residences on the second and third floors. This building will once again be the anchor for the East end of "New Town"... the downtown business area that grew up to service the railroad in the late 1800's. Palestine's historic downtown area is a unique, enjoyable place for residents & visitors alike to shop, dine and spend a relaxing time with their friends & neighbors.
